1. First off, in iTunes try right clicking on the album and selecting "Get Album Artwork".
2. If that fails find a decent picture of the artwork you want (Google Images is always a good bet).
3. Once you have the desired image on the page, press cmd, shift and 4 together.
4. Drag the crosshairs over the image and when you release the mouse the image will be saved to your desktop.
5. After launching iTunes select "Get Info" on the album you want to update, drag the image into the artwork portion of the window and drop it when you see the plus sign appear.
6. Sit back and marvel at the newly updated "Communards Greatest Hits" album artwork.
